The day before the test there are no dietary restrictions, but it is recommended to avoid drinking alcohol.

The test is performed in the morning (8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.), after 10-12 hours of fasting.

If you are taking steroid medications or hormonal contraception, it is advisable to inform your doctor as these medications may affect the test result.

The LipidTest Control load meal should be eaten in less than 5 minutes.

From the moment of eating the LipidTest Control meal until taking a blood sample after 4 hours, it is not recommended to perform physical exertion, it is forbidden to eat additional meals and drink sweet drinks.

It is permissible to drink water or bitter tea and coffee.
